32-12A-36 --Reduction. Any person is disqualified for life for the commission of two or more violations of any of the subdivisions specified in § 32-12A-36 , or any combination of those subdivisions, arising from two or more separate incidents. The department may adopt rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , under which a disqualification for life under this section may be reduced to a period of not less than ten years.
