The state trunk highway system includes the following in Fall River and Custer counties: (1) From a point on U.S. Highway 18 west of Hot Springs near the west quarter corner of section nineteen, township seven south, range four east, thence northerly to U.S. Highway 385 south of Custer near the north quarter corner of section twenty - four, township five south, range four east; (2) From a point on U.S. Highway 16 Alternate east of Custer in section twenty - four, township three south, range four east, thence northerly to State Highway 87 north of Custer in the southeast quarter of section thirty, township two south, range five east.
