Appointment of guardian or conservator of minor

A guardian or conservator of a minor may be appointed upon petition, the filing of a statement of financial resources, and after notice and hearing as provided in this section and §§
29A-5-202
to
29A-5-210
, inclusive. Upon an appointment, the guardianship or conservatorship status continues until terminated, without regard to the location of the guardian, the conservator, or the minor.
