Children born during multiple birth considered as single individual--Multiple birth defined

Children born during a multiple birth who incur medical expenses as a result of that birth shall be considered as a single individual in applying the provisions of §§
28-13A-6
and
28-13A-7
. A multiple birth is one in which a child is born with one or more other children during one birth incident.
