Any resettlement agency that is authorized to do business in this state and provides programs, services, or other resources in support of refugee resettlement in this state shall, on or before October first of each year, provide a report to the Governor and the Legislature setting forth the following for the preceding fiscal year: (1) A detailed description of each program, service, or resource provided by the agency in support of refugee resettlement; (2) The number of resettled refugees who were provided with programs, services, or other resources in each political subdivision; and (3) Demographic information pertaining to the resettled refugees who were provided with programs, services, or other resources, including: (a) Age; (b) Country of origin; (c) Education; and (d) Gender. The report must also include the number of refugees that the entity anticipates will arrive and receive resettlement services by or through the agency during the current fiscal year.
