- ordered medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment of spiritually - treated child. If a child has been or is under treatment for physical, mental, or emotional illness solely by a spiritual means, the court may, as provided under § 26-8A-22 , order that medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and hospitalization be provided for the child.
