Willful desertion defined--Special conditions applicable

Willful desertion is the voluntary separation of one of the married parties from the other with intent to desert.
The special conditions or circumstances set forth in §§
25-4-8
to
25-4-14
, inclusive, shall also apply in establishing desertion under the provisions of this title.
