Any person who starts a fire or causes an explosion with the intent to: (1) Destroy any unoccupied structure of another; or (2) Destroy or damage any property, whether his or her own or another's, to collect insurance for such loss; is guilty of second degree arson. Second degree arson is a Class 4 felony.
