Limit on gifts, premiums, and prizes from distributors and manufacturers

No distributor or manufacturer may directly or indirectly give gifts, trips, prizes, loans of money, excluding credit, premiums, or other gratuities to qualified organizations or distributors, or their employees, other than nominal gifts, premiums, or prizes not to exceed a value of twenty

five dollars per organization or distributor, including employees, in a calendar year.
