22-14-15 and 22-14-15.1 . For purposes of §§ 22-14-15 and 22-14-15.1 , the term, firearm, includes any antique firearm as defined in subdivision 22-1-2(4) and any muzzle loading rifle, muzzle loading shotgun, or muzzle loading pistol, including muzzle loading weapons that are designed to use black powder or a black powder substitute and cannot use fixed ammunition.
