Persons who may make showing for protection order

The showing required pursuant to §
21-65-11
may be made by any of the following:
(1) The vulnerable adult;
(2) The guardian, conservator, attorney-in-fact, or guardian ad litem of the vulnerable adult;
(3) A witness to the vulnerable adult abuse; or
(4) An adult protective services worker who has conducted an investigation.
