Notice of the sale of such mortgaged property shall be given by publishing it at least once a week for at least two successive weeks in a legal newspaper of general circulation in each of the counties where the property is located. Each notice shall specify: (1) The name of the mortgagor, and any assignee; (2) The amount claimed to be due; (3) The date of the mortgage; (4) A description of the property, as described in the mortgage; (5) The time, manner and place of sale, as directed by the court; and (6) Any other matter as ordered by the court.
