Interest vested in purchaser by recording of instruments

A record of the instruments described in §
21-48-23
and the deed executed upon the sale of the real property, shall vest in the purchaser or person acquiring title thereto by redemption or otherwise, the same interest as a deed upon foreclosure of a real estate mortgage by action in court.
