Jurisdiction of decedent's estate from time of publication of summons

From the time of the publication of the summons, as directed in §§
21-41-8
and
21-41-9
, the circuit court shall have jurisdiction of the estate of any deceased person described in §
21-41-18
, to make final settlement thereof, so far as may be necessary to a complete determination of the title to the premises involved, or of the interest or lien of any party or parties therein.
