- member panel. In the case of a five - member panel each party may strike one choice of the other party. In such case the party whose choice has been struck shall make another selection. In the case of multiple plaintiffs or defendants, any panel member to be struck shall be mutually agreed to by all such plaintiffs or defendants. A request to strike a panel choice shall be made by a party by giving notice to the arbitration officer within five days of receipt from him of the other party's choices. The name of any person struck from the panel shall not be made public.
