Uniformity of interpretation of uniform laws

Whenever a statute appears in the code of laws enacted by §
2-16-13
which, from its title, text, or source note, appears to be a uniform law, it shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
