South Dakota Code § 15-26A-27

Judgment directing the assignment or delivery of documents or personal property--Conditions of bond on appeal

If the appeal is from a judgment directing the assignment or delivery of documents or personal property, the condition of the bond required by §
15-26A-25
shall be the obedience by appellant to the judgment or order of the Supreme Court. The bond provided by this section need not be furnished if the appellant places the documents or personal property in the custody of such officer or receiver as the presiding judge of the circuit court shall appoint.
