B, or any shareholder of such corporation, or against any person individually engaged as one of the following professionals: physicians, chiropractors, optometrists, podiatrists, physician assistants, nurses, dentists, veterinarians, lawyers, and public accountants, for any act or omission that occurred prior to January 1, 1980.
