Records, accounting, and reports--Rules and regulations

The secretary of education shall establish and maintain the records that are necessary and required by good accounting practices and shall require an annual and other reports from the contracting nonprofit private institutions and organizations as the secretary deems necessary. The secretary may pass rules pursuant to chapter
1-26
for the administration of this chapter.
