Resident status of graduates of high school operated by Bureau of Indian Affairs

Notwithstanding the provisions of §§
13-53-23.1
to
13-53-41
, inclusive, any student who is a graduate of an accredited high school operated by the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs in this state is entitled to resident classification for the purposes of postsecondary education at a state supported institution.
