South Dakota Code § 13-39-50

Voting by center board members--Quorum--Majority required for action

Each center board member shall be entitled to one vote. A majority of the members of a center board shall constitute a quorum. Any motion or resolution may be adopted only by a majority vote of the members of the center board.
