The project plan for each district must contain: (1) A map showing the existing uses and conditions of real property in the district; (2) A map showing the proposed improvements and uses; (3) A map showing the proposed changes of zoning ordinances; (4) A statement listing changes needed in the master plan, map, building codes, and ordinances of the political subdivision; (5) A list of estimated nonproject costs; and (6) A statement of a proposed method for the relocation of persons to be displaced.
