Annual budget estimate for restoration of capital reserve fund--Governor's budget--Deposit of appropriated funds

The chairman of the authority shall annually submit through the Bureau of Finance and Management to the Governor, in accordance with §
4-7-7
, a budget estimate stating the sum, if any, needed to restore the capital reserve fund to the maximum capital reserve fund requirement for such fund. If the chairman certifies a need to restore the capital reserve fund to its maximum requirement, the Governor shall submit a budget in accordance with §
4-7-9
including the sum required to restore the capital reserve fund to its maximum requirement. All sums appropriated and paid shall be deposited by the authority in the applicable capital reserve fund.
