conflict and cannot be harmonized, then the provisions of chapter

shall control. If any provision of §§

, inclusive, causes chapter
10-50B
to no longer constitute a qualifying or model statute, as those terms are defined in the Master Settlement Agreement, then that portion of §§
10-50-72
to
10-50-92
, inclusive, is not valid.
