The Board of Barber Examiners, created by chapter 36-14 , and its functions in the former Department of Commerce and Regulation are transferred to the Department of Labor and Regulation. The secretary of the Department of Labor and Regulation shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Commerce and Regulation, relating to the Board of Barber Examiners.
