(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Anderson County subject to the approval of the majority of the Anderson County Legislative Delegation. Code Commissioner's Note Pursuant to the directive to the Code Commissioner in 2018 Act No. 246, SECTION 10, "Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office" was substituted for all references to "Office of Research and Statistics of the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office". Effect of Amendment 2019 Act No. 7, SECTION 1, in (A), deleted "Grove School" following "Green Pond Station A", inserted "South Fant" following "Simpsonville", deleted "Anderson 5/A" following "Anderson 4/2"; and in (B), substituted "document P-07-19" for "document P-07-14".
