(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Richland County subject to the approval of the majority of the Richland County Legislative Delegation. (D) If the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Richland County determines that a precinct contains no suitable location for a polling place, the board, upon approval by a majority of the county's legislative delegation, may locate the polling place inside the county and within five miles of the precinct's boundaries.
