(C) Polling places for the precincts provided in subsection (A) of this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Aiken County with the approval of a majority of the county legislative delegation. Editor's Note 2022 Act No. 153, SECTION 2, provides as follows: "SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and first applies to the 2022 General Election."
