(A) In Lancaster County there are the following voting precincts: 521 North Antioch Black Horse Run Buford Camp Creek Chesterfield Avenue College Park Douglas Elgin Erwin Farm Flat Creek Gold Hill Harrisburg Heath Springs Hyde Park Jim Wilson Kershaw McIlwain Osceola Pleasant Hill Pleasant Valley Possum Hollow Rich Hill River Road Riverside Six Mile Creek Springdale Sun City-Carolina Lakes Tradesville Unity Van Wyck (B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on maps filed with the clerk of court of the county and also on file with the State Election Commission as provided and maintained by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-57-25. (C) The polling places for the precincts provided in this section must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Lancaster County subject to approval by a majority of the Lancaster County Legislative Delegation. Code Commissioner's Note The Carmel voting precinct was removed at the direction of the Code Commissioner. The voting precinct was deleted by 2024 Act No. 150; however, it was inadvertently carried over into 2025 Act No. 52. Effect of Amendment 2018 Act No. 150, SECTION 1, in (A), inserted "College Park", and in (B), substituted "P-57-18" for " P-57-16". 2022 Act No. 125, SECTION 1, rewrote (A); and in (B), substituted "document P-57-22" for "document P-57-18". 2023 Act No. 14, SECTION 1, in (A), inserted "Jim Wilson" following "Hyde Park", deleted "Lancaster West" following "Lancaster East", and substituted "Six Mile Creek" for "Shelley Mullis"; and in (B), substituted "P-57-23A" for "P-57-22". 2024 Act No. 150, SECTION 1, in (A), deleted "Carmel" following "Camp Creek"; and in (B), substituted "P-57-24" for "P-57-23A". 2025 Act No. 52, SECTION 1, in (A), substituted "Kershaw" for "Kershaw North", "Kershaw South", "Lake House", and "Lancaster East"; substituted "Sun City-Carolina Lakes" for "The Lodge"; and deleted "University" following "Unity"; and in (B), substituted "P-57-25" for "P-57-24".
