The court shall issue, upon motion of either party, a temporary order requiring the payment of child support pending an administrative or judicial determination of parentage if: (1) the defendant has signed a verified voluntary acknowledgment of paternity which complies with the requirements of Section 63-17-60(A)(4); (2) the defendant has been determined pursuant to law to be the parent; or (3) there is other clear and convincing evidence that the defendant is the child's parent.
