Any person who is the obligor on a support order of another jurisdiction may obtain voluntary income withholding by filing with the clerk of court a request for withholding and a certified copy of the support order of a sister state. The clerk of court shall issue a notice to withhold under Section 63-17-1450(B). Payment must be made to the State Disbursement Unit. Editor's Note The State Disbursement Unit is to be implemented in accordance with Section 63-17-610. See 2008 Act No. 332, SECTION 8 referencing this section as enacted in Chapter 7 of Title 20.
