This chapter does not apply to: (1) Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, as amended. This includes any undertaking requiring federal funding, licensing, or approval or any undertakings on federal property. (2) the provisions of Article 5, Chapter 7, Title 54 (South Carolina Underwater Antiquities Act of 1991).
