A reference to the purpose of a project in this chapter pertaining specifically to water includes all the purposes as provided in Sections 6-25-20(3) and 6-25-25 and a power or authority provided for in this chapter to a joint system or a member of a joint system may be exercised with respect to any project or purpose of the joint system. Effect of Amendment The 2007 amendment made nonsubstantive and conforming changes.
