The income, profit, or assets of a joint system may not inure to the benefit of an individual or private entity, except for a joint authority water and sewer system created under this chapter. Effect of Amendment The 2007 amendment added ", except for a joint authority water and sewer system created under this chapter", and made nonsubstantive changes.
