This chapter must be implemented fully by July 1, 2012, at which time the council created pursuant to Section 59-59-170 shall cease to exist. The Department of Education shall provide administrative support and staffing to the council to carry out its responsibilities under this chapter. Editor's Note Section 59-59-170 was repealed by 2014 Act No. 149, SECTION 3, effective April 7, 2014. Effect of Amendment The 2011 amendment substituted "2012" for "2011".
