The commission shall keep full and accurate accounts of its acts, receipts, and expenditures, and at least once within four months following the close of its fiscal year, a complete audit of its affairs must be made by a qualified public accountant. Copies of the audit must be delivered to the legislative delegations and the governing bodies of Chesterfield, Dillon, and Marlboro Counties. Effect of Amendment The 2004 amendment in the first sentence substituted "commission" for "Committee" and deleted "at all times" preceding "keep full and accurate", in the second sentence added ", Dillon," and substituted "must" for "shall" near the end of the first sentence and in the second sentence.
