The State of South Carolina accepts the provisions of an act of Congress entitled: "To Provide for the Promotion of Vocational Education; to Provide for Cooperation with the States in the Promotion of Such Education in Agriculture and the Trades and Industries; to Provide for Cooperation with the States in the Preparation of Teachers of Vocational Subjects; and to Appropriate Money and Regulate Its Expenditure", and designates and constitutes the State Board of Education as the South Carolina State Board of Career and Technology Training to cooperate with the United States Government in putting this law into operation. Effect of Amendment The 2005 amendment substituted "State Board of Career and Technology Training" for "State Board of Vocational Training" and made nonsubstantive language changes.
