The board of trustees of Clemson University may sell and make title to, upon such terms and conditions as it deems advisable, any real estate held by it as such; provided, however, (1) That such power and authority shall not extend to any part of the real property included in the bequest of Thomas G. Clemson; and (2) That the authority and power herein bestowed upon said board of trustees shall not be exercised unless two thirds of the members of the board shall have agreed thereto. Any conveyance made under this authority shall be made in accordance with the bylaws adopted by said board of trustees.
