The Department of Consumer Affairs may issue a temporary certificate of registration as an athlete agent while an application for registration or renewal of registration is pending. Comment Effect of Amendment 2018 Act No. 235, SECTION 1, inserted "as an athlete agent" following "certificate of registration".
