In such application, beside the other matters by law prescribed, the applicant for a certificate A or B for passenger vehicles shall state the following: (1) The seating capacity of the vehicle; (2) The route on which the motor vehicle is to be used; (3) Whether reserve or substitute vehicles are maintained by the applicant to be used only in emergencies and if so the number of such reserve and substitute vehicles and a complete description of each; (4) The length of route in miles on improved public highways in this State; (5) The weight of the vehicle when empty; and (6) The schedule under which the vehicle shall operate during the ensuing year. But an applicant for a certificate B will not be required to furnish a schedule with this application. SECTIONS 58-23-530 to 58-23-550. Repealed.
