(A) A person operating a low speed vehicle on a highway must comply with all statutes regarding low speed vehicles in this title. (B) Each violation of low speed vehicle laws constitutes a separate offense. (C) The penalty for a violation of this section is contained in Section 56-5-6190. Traffic Signs, Signals, and Markings
