The division, its members and employees and every county and municipal officer charged with the enforcement of state and municipal laws shall enforce and assist in the enforcement of this chapter. The division also may in the name of the State enforce the provisions of this chapter by injunction in the circuit courts of this State. Other departments and political subdivisions of the State may also cooperate with the division in the development of aeronautics and aeronautic facilities within the State. Effect of Amendment The 1993 amendment substituted "Division of Aeronautics of the Department of Commerce" for "Commission". The 2012 amendment substituted "division" for "Division of Aeronautics of the Department of Commerce".
