Section 55-1-10 shall not relieve a public carrier of responsibility for injuries sustained by a passenger being transported by the public carrier. Effect of Amendment The 1993 amendment reprinted this section with no apparent change. The 2012 amendment made nonsubstantive changes throughout the section.
