(A) Notwithstanding another provision of law or subsection (B) of this section, the board may not dispose of any Heritage Trust property if otherwise permitted to do so unless there are restrictions sufficient to protect all of the natural and cultural characteristics of the property. (B) For the purposes of county, state, or federal infrastructure projects, subsection (A) does not apply. Effect of Amendment The 2009 amendment, in subsection (A), substituted "another" for "any other" and added "or subsection (B) of this section"; and added subsection (B) relating to county, state, or federal infrastructure projects.
