The enforcement officers, when acting in their official capacity, shall wear a metallic shield with the words "South Carolina Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Officer" inscribed thereon. Effect of Amendment 2022 Act No. 230, SECTION 2.I, substituted "'South Carolina Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Officer'" for "'Enforcement Officer of the Natural Resources Enforcement Division'".
