(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or molest in any manner any species of waterfowl or to molest any nests of any waterfowl on the waters of Wateree Lake between the Wateree Dam and Dutchman's Creek in Kershaw County. (2) Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than thirty days.
