This chapter may be cited as the "Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact". Editor's Note 2011 Act No. 12, SECTIONS 2 and 3, provide as follows: "SECTION 2. The Department of Natural Resources is authorized to take all actions necessary to prepare for the implementation of this act including, but not limited to, the promulgation of regulations. "SECTION 3. This act takes effect one year after approval by the Governor, except Section 2 takes effect upon approval by the Governor."
