The department may require the commissioners of the respective soil and water conservation districts to submit to it such statements, estimates, budgets and other information as it may deem necessary. Effect of Amendment 2019 Act No. 74, SECTION 5, rewrote the section, removing unnecessary statutory requirements that are now accomplished through the budgeting process.
