South Carolina Code § 48-39-148

Certain businesses permitted to utilize commercial decks or marinas.

Notwithstanding any statutory or regulatory provision of law to the contrary, including any provision of or authorized by this chapter, a business that contains a grandfathered or permitted commercial deck or marina that is located in a critical area may utilize such structure for purposes of providing food and beverage services for consumption by patrons of the business.
