There is created within the State Treasury a separate fund to be known as the "South Carolina Grain Dealers Guaranty Fund". Editor's Note 2000 Act No. 381, Part II, SECTION 3, provides as follows: "The Department of Agriculture may promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the provision of Chapter 40 of Title 46 of the 1976 Code."
